I ordered an item on the 9th feb for valentines. After paying for recorded delivery and not receiving the item on time I emailed the company 3 times and left a voicemail.

They are "supposed" to be open from 10am to 10pm but I didn't receive a reply until 2 days later from Anthony stating that delivery would be 2-3 weeks later. I decided to still go ahead with it. 5 weeks later....nothing.

I have sent 2 other emails and they have still completely ignored me. shocking customer service, really never had a "company" be so utterly *** at their job.

Monetary Loss: $33.

I've got the same problem. I ordered two items on 7th February and I still don't have it.

The company totally ignored me. What I should to do now?
